our offerings

We offer a variety of heated (80-90), hot (90-100), and non-heated (70-80) yoga practices that will prep you for your day or help you wind down. Because our teaching culture is invitational, you will always be encouraged to make choices that are best for you.

Vinyasa

A Vinyasa yoga class begins with breathwork and includes a range of standing, seated and supine poses as well as balancing postures. You’ll benefit from much needed relaxation while strengthening the muscles that support your body. Non-heated and heated class options available. Heated classes reach a maximum of 90 degrees. No experience required.

Vin Yin

Vin Yin yoga combines the flow of vinyasa in the first half of class and deep stretching elements of yin yoga in the last half. Class has an emphasis on flexibility and recovery. This class is very beginner-friendly. No experience required.

Hatha

Explore both Hatha and Tantra yoga techniques while building a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy. Each class and lesson will dive into the mysteries of the subtle body and its relation to the tangible world. No experience required.

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, and still style of yoga that involves long passive holds in series of restful poses. Students are encouraged to use the support of props to enhance their experience and achieve a state of ease. Restorative is the perfect supplement to more active classes or activities. This class is very beginner friendly. No experience required.

Candlelight Yoga

Candlelight yoga is a gentle 60 minute class offered on Sunday nights during the chilly months of winter. This restorative class is great for new students and students looking for much needed rest and relaxation. Class is Non-Heated. No experience required.

Yin

Yin is a slow paced style of yoga that benefits the fascia and connective tissues of the body. Students will be encouraged to use props and explore passive poses that are held for an extended amount of time. This class is very beginner friendly. No experience required.

Non-Heated

Intermediate

If you're looking to deepen your practice and learn more about yoga philosophy, then intermediate yoga is the class for you. During class students will be given time to explore breath work, meditation, and physical postures with the guidance of their teacher. Adjustments will be offered but are not required to experience advanced alignment and ease. Not recommended for beginners. Experience will be beneficial.

Ayurveda Yoga

In this class, students will practice yoga from an Ayurvedic perspective and experience more on the yoga mat than simply the physical practice of poses. Practioners will explore Ayurveda and learn how to use this ancient healing modality in their everyday lives. This class is great for beginners. No experience necessary.

Meditation

Meditation is a scientifically supported practice that helps silence the minds chatter. Each class will offer a guided visual practice that differs each time. Class is often inspired by astrological events and the seasons. Props, blankets, and mats will be provided. If you fall asleep in class, we want you to know that it's very normal and would still love for you to attend. This class is great for beginners. No experience necessary.
